Hi friends if you have a Android Phone and you want to use it like your PC webcam. Now you can turn your Android Mobile phone or tablet into computer webcam. Below are the some of the best android applications that will turn your Android phone camera into your PC webcam.

* IP Webcam.
* DroidCam.
* Smartcam.

1) IP Webcam = First install the app on your phone then you need to configure the settings like login id and password, screen resolution and frames per second, image quality, and TCP port. Once you are all set then press “˜Start Server’ on the app and it will display the URL of the video so you can view it remotely. Keep in your mind that you have a Java browser plugin in your browser to view the video. IP Webcam is a great solution for if you don't have a webcam.

3) Smartcam = The SmartCam will turn your Android phone into a webcam to use with your PC. SmartCam is more than a webcam it's a wireless webcam over WiFi or Bluetooth.
